Who doesn’t like the chance to make sure a product or service meets their needs as well as possible?
I sure do.
If a company asks me what I like in a lawn mower, printer, camera, or even fast-food meal, I’m happy to tell them.
Giving a potential provider a clearer view of what I’d like helps them develop products and services that meet my needs better, deliver the benefits most important to me, make tasks simpler, or are easier to maintain.
I regularly end this column with “We’re interested in what interests you.”
That’s because I and my colleagues at Catalyst Communications Network really want to know what interests you so that we can make sure we’re covering the kinds of topics that you want to read about and delivering information that helps you do your work more effectively, efficiently, and easily.
