Hiab’s Service Locator App Helps Customers on the Road

February 2, 2016 - Hiab, part of Cargotec, has launched an easy-to-use mobile app which customers can use to locate to their closest authorized Hiab service point.

 

“We have a global service network in more than 120 countries to ensure local support, and with the app our customers can locate these service points quicker than ever,” said Christian Bjorne, vice president, services.

 

With a few clicks the customer can find information on their current location and closest service point, as well as the service point’s contact information and driving instructions. Service points are shown either conveniently on a map or a list. The app works both online and offline, and includes service points for all Hiab product brands. It is available for both iPhone and Android.
