Holt Construction Adds Senior Executives

December 21, 2016 - Holt Construction has expanded its senior leadership team. According to Christopher Asaro, president, said, "These seasoned senior executives have worked with larger firms for many years and now see the potential to lead Holt into larger markets while growing their futures with us."

 

Mike Quinn, named VP of Operations, comes to Holt after serving as senior project executive for Skanska, where he worked in various positions for over 24 years. Mike has worked on projects for a variety of markets and clients including Rikers Island, Overlook Hospital, Prudential, AT&T, Merck, Schering Plough, BASF, Sanofi Pasteur, Short Hills Mall, General Motors, and Coca Cola. Quinn is well versed in the dynamics of reporting relationships and will look to bring collaboration to all Holt's business markets. He will provide strong leadership foundation for operations leaders and project executives.

 

Damon Burke, named director of operations, comes to Holt after serving as VP at IBEX and senior program manager of global accounts at Gensler. While there, he oversaw a major expansion program for one of the firm's most significant accounts with projects in multiple countries including, Canada, Italy, Australia, Germany, Nepal, and South Africa. Burke has more than 27 years of industry experience, and has managed $2 billion projects in Qatar, major gaming projects in Las Vegas, and recently worked on multiple retail projects at the Westfield World Trade Center retail mall. Burke will spearhead and simplify Holt's project oversight process. He will reinforce the corporate structure and assist with developing new policies for operations

 

John McGovern, named account executive, comes to Holt after serving as account executive at Artisan and previously served for over 22 years in multiple senior project management roles at Structure Tone. John has worked on high profile projects for clients such as SONY, JP Morgan Chase & Co, AT&T, Thomson Reuters and Johnson & Johnson. McGovern will be able to focus his management skills to develop the team to not only meet client and business development teams' expectations but also exceed them.
