Ibergruas to Offer Potain Products in Mexico

November 25, 2014 - Spanish Potain dealer Ibergruas reports it has added Manitowoc tower cranes to its offerings in Mexico. Ibergruas began its operations in Latin America with used equipment in 2012. It began doing business in Mexico in early 2014, and has been involved in large-scale projects, such as bridge and high-rise construction, in several other countries in the region.

According to Jean Pierre Zaffiro, Manitowoc’s global product director for Potain self-erecting cranes, Ibergruas was chosen to represent Potain because of its commitment to the Potain brand and its products.

Ibergruas will promote and distribute Igo self ereoctrso and the top-slewing range of Manitowoc’s Potain tower cranes in Mexico. For Thibaut Le Besnerais, global product director for Manitowoc’s Potain top-slewing tower crane line, the country presents great opportunities, as investments in energy are spurring economic activity.
