For added convenience, attendees can go online prior to the opening of registration to fill out their contact information. ICUEE will then send a reminder April 2 to complete the registration process.
Advance registration is $10 per person and closes September 21, 2007. After that date, attendees must register onsite, and the onsite registration fee is $20. Hotel reservations are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
