I&I Slingmax Hosts All-Team Meeting in May

June 9, 2015 - In late May, I&I Slingmax Inc. gathered outside sales staff and branch managers from all six locations for their 8^th annual All Team Meeting (ATM). This year’s gathering marked the first ATM hosted in I&I Sling’s brand new 50,000-sq.-ft. headquarters located in Aston, Pa. Meetings were held in the 5,000-sq.-ft. training room, complete with a state-of-the-art Smart Board and audio visual system.

I&I’s annual ATM serves as a learning session as well as a time for management and sales employees to view presentations on various ongoing projects by department specialists in engineering, information technology, and marketing, along with presentations by invited vendor representatives.

“It’s truly amazing to see the evolution of our company compared to I&I’s first national meeting back in 2008,” said Scott St. Germain, I&I Sling CEO. “We accomplished a lot this week and our mission to utilize data analysis for decision making is really gaining traction. We have the right folks in the right seats, exciting new projects are underway, and we are continuously improving our processes. Most importantly, we’re having fun doing it!”
