Imperial Crane Acquires Speedway Crane

December 9, 2015 - Imperial Crane Services Inc., Bridgeview, Ill., has acquired Speedway Crane, headquartered in Joliet, Ill. The acquisition accelerates Imperial’s expansion into the Joliet corridor, according to the company.

 

Speedway Crane, established in 2002 by former Imperial crane operator Mike Fitzgerald, has a strong crane-rental customer base within the steel and industrial industry.

 

“We welcome Mike and his team to the Imperial Crane family as they will have an immediate impact to enhance the ongoing success of our company” said owner BJ Bohne.
