Industrial Training International Hosts Open House

October 21, 2010 — Industrial Training International, Woodland, Wash., hosted an open house at the ITI Memphis Training Center Oct. 15. The open house featured an assortment of static workshops that gave visitors an idea of the hands-on learning environment ITI provides at its Training Centers.
The new training center is located at Barnhart Crane & Rigging's headquarters. ITI has served Barnhart with rigging training, and the two companies have struck a partnership in establishing this training center.
The event hosted about 150 people throughout the day from the greater Memphis area. J.T. Hill of Barnhart Crane & Rigging, Rick Bryant of Grinder Haizlip Construction Co., Inc., and Jermaine Thomas, each won a drawing to attend an ITI training program at the Memphis Center. Mark Carlson, of Yarbrough Cable, won the load weight estimation contest, also earning a free ticket to an ITI course.

For the initial course, ITI will be hosting students for a .master rigger training program from Oct. 25th to 28th, 2010. Information about all of ITI's open-enrollment course dates and descriptions can be found by downloading the 2011 Training Schedule or by visiting the company’s website.
