International Rental Show to be Held in 2008

July 26, 2007 • The first International Rental Exhibition (IRE) will be held in Amsterdam in June 2008. The new show, organized in cooperation with the European Rental Association (ERA), will be held at the RAI Exhibition and Convention Centre in Amsterdam on June 3-5, 2008.

An integral part of the event will be the European Rental Association's annual conference, held June 4-5. Other international and domestic associations and federations are also expected to hold meetings and conferences during the event.

 

The exhibition will be open to all suppliers to the rental sector: equipment manufacturers, including both global companies and small local suppliers, and suppliers of specialist services to the rental sector such as software and asset tracking technology. The show will provide suppliers with an opportunity to present equipment and products tailored for the rental sector.

 

The International Rental Exhibition also has the support of International Rental News magazine, and its publisher, KHL Group.

 

"The time is right for a new rental event in Europe, and the ERA is putting its full support behind the International Rental Exhibition in Amsterdam,” said Gérard Deprez, chairman of the European Rental Association. “We will be looking to bring together the whole rental industry under one roof. This is a great opportunity for the European, regional and international rental industry."
