IPAF Announces AWP Safety Photo Contest

March 20, 2008 • In honor of its 25th anniversary in 2008, the International Powered Access Federation (IPAF) announces a photo contest to promote the safe and effective use of aerial lifts. “Pictures are a marvelous way of showing what these specialized machines can do, and the photo contest is intended to be a celebration of the safe and correct use of aerial platforms,” said Tim Whiteman, IPAF managing director.

 

IPAF is looking for dramatic photos that show aerial lifts or mast-climbing work platforms being used correctly. Prizes, such as iPhones, the Sling Box, and digital pictures frames, will be awarded. The contest runs until Sept. 30, 2008. Details on the photo contest can be found at www.ipaf.org.
