JCB Names New Global Sales Chief

March 24, 2006 — JCB, Pooler, Ga., recently appointed Matthew Taylor managing director of sales. Taylor, 45, will join JCB following a long and successful international career with Ford Motor Co.  For the last five years Taylor has been managing director of Land Rover. He takes over the JCB role from Françoise Rausch, who has achieved tremendous worldwide sales growth over the last four years. Rausch will continue as an executive director of JCB sales, spearheading elements of the company's growth plans, with initial responsibility for her native country France.

“It is a measure of the success of JCB that we have been able to recruit someone of Matthew Taylor's caliber to the key worldwide sales role,” said John Patterson, managing director and CEO of JCB. “JCB remains very ambitious, and I know that Matthew will make a significant contribution to our future growth.”
