JK Technology Services Acquires 360 Rigging

August 18, 2026 - JK Technology Services (JKTS) has acquired 360 Rigging, a Manassas, Virginia-based company specializing in crane and rigging and related support services for the technology industry.

The acquisition expands JKTS' regional and national capabilities in the technology sector and adds 360 Rigging's team of trained, certified riggers to JKTS' Crane and Rigging Team.

The Crane and Rigging Team is headed by Dewey Snavely, who recently joined JKTS from A&A Transfer and is responsible for building the operational foundation for the company's crane and rigging business. 360 Rigging CEO Jeremy Hawkins will work alongside Snavely to guide the crane and rigging operations.

JKTS provides engineered rigging services that include crane rigging, heavy equipment handling, transport, and staging. The company connects warehousing, delivery, and heavy lift execution as part of its support for technology deployments.

JKTS said it has grown triple digits this year. The company is headquartered in Northern Virginia, which has more than 12 million square feet of commissioned data center space, according to the release. The region handles an estimated 70% of the world's internet traffic.

The company has made infrastructure investments to support its goal of providing end-to-end data center support and IT relocation services. The acquisition of 360 Rigging is part of that strategy.

Other recent additions to JKTS include John Novak as vice president of sales, Mike Lozupone as vice president of business development and technology services, and Adam Nelson as an account executive. Novak has 15 years of data center services experience, Lozupone joined from DataBridge Sites, and Nelson has a background in moving and rigging.

360 Rigging will continue to contribute its crane and rigging expertise through the JKTS team as the company expands its capabilities serving technology-related projects.
