JLG Names New Dealer for JLG Stock Pickers

July 12, 2007 • McConnellsburg, Pa.-based JLG Industries, Inc., a subsidiary of Oshkosh Truck Corporation, has appointed Forklift Systems, Inc,
“Forklift Systems brings over 29 years of experience in the material-handling industry and is a welcome addition to our dealer network,” said David Smidlein, vice president of sales and service for JLG's Commercial Solutions Group.
Forklift Systems will represent the JLG line of stock-picking products, which includes six models with platform heights ranging from 10 feet to 20 feet and platform capacities ranging from 350 pounds to 500 pounds. Among the features of the driveable models are heavy-duty aluminum mast sections, one-hand drive and steer system, and a four-brush direct electric drive. Features of the push-around models include a low maintenance anodized mast and a flexible rail set up for efficient retrieval of materials.
