King Crane to Move to Larger Facility

June 16, 2010 — King Crane Service, San Jose, Calif., is moving to a larger and more modern facility in San Jose.  The new facility includes a larger yard to accommodate King Crane’s growing fleet of rough-terrain cranes, boom trucks and crawlers, according to the company.

Once situated at its new location, King Crane reports, it will be adding new cranes and transportation equipment, as well as hiring additional crane operators. The company touts a growing client list that includes Pacific Gas and Electric, NASA, Oracle, Stanford University and Lockheed.

“We have been anticipating moving to a larger location for some time,” said Brad Dixon, regional sales manager, “because of the increased demand for San Jose crane rental, we have been growing at a record clip.” The move will take place August 1st, and King Crane is planning a grand opening celebration for customers.
