Lifting Gear Hire Corp. Announces Plans for Relocation

September 22, 2006 • Lifting Gear Hire Corp., Bridgeview, Ill., has announced it will be relocating its U.S. headquarters due to a 57% increase in rental. Company growth has been attributed to increased sales staff in Houston and Dallas, Texas; St. Louis and Kansas City, Mo.; and Seattle, Wash., and Lifting Gear Hire's recent investment in a new sales management software system. 

With the positive changes taking place and increased demand for LGH products, LGH has quickly outgrown the space at its current location and will be moving to a new facility in Bridgeview, Ill., by mid-October. The new building boasts a total of 40,000 square feet on three acres of land • 7,000 of which will be sectioned into office space and the rest for equipment and testing facilities. A 20,000-square-foot concrete yard and higher ceiling bays will allow for the expansion of additional stock and continued future growth.
