Link-Belt Announces New Marketing Appointments

March 22, 2007 • Link-Belt Construction Equipment Co., Lexington, Ky., announced new appointments earlier this month to further broaden and strengthen the Link-Belt crane marketing group.

 

Effective March 1, Kelly Fiechter was reassigned from the lattice crane group to product specialist, telescopic cranes; and Scott Knight was named market specialist, lattice cranes.

 

Fiechter joined Link-Belt in April 2000 and has spent the past six years in the lattice crane group. He has been instrumental in assisting with the introduction of HYLAB cranes. Most recently, Fiechter has taken a leadership role in introducing the new TCC-450 telescopic crawler crane to the North American market.

 

Fiechter received a bachelor of science in construction technology from Eastern Kentucky University and now resides in Richmond, Ky.

 

Knight graduated from Eastern Kentucky University as well, and his background includes management and sales with a strong working knowledge of construction equipment. Knight and his wife, Teresa, have three children and reside in Richmond.
