Gary Lane |
November 25, 2008 – Brax Snyder, manager of worldwide sales for Lexington, Ky.-based Link-Belt, announced the appointment of two district managers. The company has named Gary Lane as district manager for the upper Midwest region of the United States. Lane brings broad industry experience having sold Link-Belt cranes for Road Machinery and Supplies in Savage, Minn. He also worked as a district manager with Komatsu America, covering the upper Midwest and as dealer business manager for CNH America-Asset Remarking, covering the western United States.
“Gary’s vast experience means that he knows our cranes, our customers, and our business,†said Snyder. “Gary will be a great resource for Link-Belt customers.â€

Elias Saliba |
Snyder also announced the appointment of Elias Saliba as district manager/district service representative for international sales. Saliba will report to Roy Burger, manager of international sales.
Saliba is a mechanical engineer and has worked in the field of heavy construction equipment in Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, and Egypt. He is fluent in Arabic, French, Greek, and English. He will be based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
“Elias’ international experience and his ability to travel and communicate seamlessly across Europe and the Middle East will bring a truly international perspective to our customers,†said Snyder.
