Link-Belt Adds Saudi Arabian Distributor

April 10, 2013—Link-Belt Construction Equipment Co. has added a new Middle East distributor, Bakheet Company for Machinery LTD. Established in 1974, Bakheet is one of the most experienced Middle Eastern companies in the heavy equipment industry with seven locations within Saudi Arabia.

 

In 2011, $71.2 billion in contracts were awarded to the construction sector of Saudi Arabia. Further, a positive growth trajectory of 4.5 percent is projected from 2013 to 2017 in Saudi Arabia, placing Bakheet in a positively forecasted construction market.
