Load Cell Central Offers Economical Load Tester

August 20, 2014 - Load Cell Central, Milan, Pa., has introduced an economic and versatile load tester that can be used by personnel at any skill level. 

The SST1 provides results that help determine if the cell has been overloaded or shock loaded or has water damage or metal fatigue. The tester performs bridge testing, resistance testing, full scale output, and zero balance testing, and it supports four or six wire load cells. 

The SST1 features real-time reading in percentage of full scale, allowing the user to test without removing the load cell from its installation. The tester will check resistance within +0.5%. The SST1 is housed in a durable, compact, portable enclosure, and the menu navigation is user friendly.
