Lomma Waives Right to Jury Trial

February 10, 2012–The New York Post reported yesterday that James Lomma, owner of New York Crane & Equipment Corp., has waived his right to a jury trial. He is being tried for manslaughter in a 2008 tower crane accident in which seven people were killed.
