Manitou Opens Expanded Service Center

October 25, 2007 • At Manitou North America's national dealer meeting on October 16, the company officially opened its new customer service center in Waco, Texas. The facility was completed in June and will be fully operational by the end of the month.

 

An expansion of an existing facility, the new customer service center quadruples Manitou's storage capacity. In addition to spare parts, the facility also houses training classrooms, workshops, and service bays.

“This expansion demonstrates our  commitment to increasing the level of customer support,” said Steve Peacock, director of after-sales support. “Manitou North America will be able to accommodate additional spare parts storage to better support the Manitou rough-terrain material-handling equipment sold through its dealer network throughout the United States.”
