In this newly created position, Joshi will assemble an Asia-based team of regional product managers, key country marketing managers, and regional marketing communications specialists.

Hund said Joshi would bring key skills and company knowledge to the role. “Over the past two years, Raman has developed the role of global product manager,” Hund said. “As MCG's first GPM he has developed a familiarity and expertise within our company. Prior to joining MCG, Joshi most recently served as U.S. sales and marketing manager for the NSK Corporation, a U.S. subsidiary of Japanese company, NSK Ltd., one of the world's largest bearing manufacturers. Before that he spent four years working in Osaka, Japan, as a project manager for a machine tool manufacturing company.

Joshi holds bachelor's and master's degrees in mechanical engineering. He also has an MBA from the University of Michigan and is fluent in three languages: Hindi, English, and Japanese. He will be based in Singapore.
