Manitowoc Crane CARE Appoints Two Team Members

July 17, 2006 — Manitowoc Crane CARE recently named two personnel announcements. Rick Mojica will be the new manager of customer service for the company's National boom truck line in the Americas, and Chris Patterson will serve as manager of field service for the company's Grove product range in the Americas.

 

Reporting to Keith Crider, director of customer service in Shady Grove, Mojica will manage the day-to-day functions of service, parts, warranty, and field support as well as of the office staff of the Boom Truck Rap

id Response Team, part of the Manitowoc Crane CARE aftermarket division of MCG. Prior to this most recent appointment, Mojica served as product service manager for the company's Grove product line. Before that, he worked in manufacturing at the Manitowoc Crane Group • Shady Grove facility in Pennsylvania as senior production leader overseeing final assembly of the rough-terrain and truck crane lines.

           

Also reporting to Crider, Patterson will oversee the Americas field service staff of Grove's truck-mounted, rough-terrain, industrial, and all-terrain mobile hydraulic crane lines. In addition, he will be responsible for the management of all Grove field service operations in the region, including scheduling operations and commissioning new cranes within the distribution network.
