Manitowoc Names Global Product Managers

May 31, 2007 • Manitowoc Crane Group, Manitowoc, Wis., has appointed David Havard as global product manager for Potain tower and self erecting cranes; Neil Hollingshead as global product manager for Grove all-terrain and rough-terrain mobile cranes; and Ruben Olivas Saunders as global product manager for Grove truck cranes and National Crane boom trucks. These product managers join Raman Joshi, global product manager of Manitowoc crawler cranes, in representing MCG's full product line.

The global product managers report to Bob Hund, VP of marketing, who said they were selected because of their knowledge of global market dynamics. “Their job is to synthesize regional strategies into a global vision and work with product and marketing management to offer our customers the most innovative lifting equipment on a global basis,” Hund added.

David Havard most recently served as product manager for Potain self-erecting cranes, while Neil Hollingshead is returning to MCG. He previously served as product manager for Grove all-terrain mobile cranes. Ruben Olivas Saunders most recently served as sales manager for Potain in Central and South America. Raman Joshi has been in his position since 2006.
