Marco Crane & Rigging Co. Hires New Safety Coordinator

Howard Kaplan

April 26, 2011 – Howard Kaplan has been named Safety Coordinator for Marco Crane & Rigging Co., Phoenix, Ariz., and Operations Manager for Technology Testing Inc. Kaplan has more than 22 years of experience in the crane industry.  He is a certified crane operator, signalperson, and rigger, and is an OSHA outreach trainer for cranes and rigging for the University of San Diego.
