Maxima Technologies Appoints President

John Buck

August 1, 2011 – Maxima Technologies & Systems LLC, Lancaster, Pa., has named John Buck as president. Buck has more than 30 years of experience in sales, marketing, and operations. He previously was business development leader for the engineered solutions segment at Actuant Corp., Menomonee Falls, Wis., which owns Maxima, where he oversaw the segment's organic growth and identified key acquisition targets. He also worked in a variety of roles for Eaton Corp. "I focus on building strong, long-term customer relationships," said Buck. "I intend to spend time getting to know our customers and learning how Maxima can provide custom-engineered solutions that surpass our customers' expectations and help them succeed."
