MEC Appoints New General Manager of Its CMEC Division

June 4, 2007 • MEC Aerials, Selma, Calif., announces it has appointed Frank Shanahan as its general manager for its California Manufacturing and Engineering Company (CMEC) Division. CMEC manufactures electric and rough-terrain scissor lifts and telehandlers that are marketed by MEC Aerials.

 

Shanahan joined CMEC in October 2004 as chief financial officer and later assumed operations responsibilities. Previously, he served as chief financial officer and operations manager for Actagro, LLC, a manufacturer and distributor of chemical fertilizers and also spent time in the insurance, banking, and financial services industries.

 

Shanahan is a certified public accountant and earned his bachelor's degree in business administration at California State University at Fullerton.
