ML Holdings Buys Winslow Crane

October 11, 2016 – ML Holdings Co. crane group family has acquired Winslow Crane Service Co., a three-generation family-owned company based in Englewood, Colo.

 

 

ML Holdings, which owns Crane Service Inc., Mark’s Crane & Rigging, Majestic Rigging & Transportation, ML Cranes & Equipment, and United Crane & Rigging, will retain Winslow employees and fleet. Dennis Dexter will continue to serve as Winslow general manager; Bryant Winslow, in business development.
