M-L Holdings Purchases Majestic Rigging and Transportation

April 26, 2016 – Albuquerque, N.M.-based M-L Holdings Co. Crane Group announced it has purchased Majestic Rigging and Transportation, Denver. Majestic has provided rigging, lifting, and transportation services throughout Colorado and bordering states. Pat Wooten will continue as branch manager.

 

With the purchase, ML Holdings continues efforts to connect the Crane Service Inc., Marks Crane & Rigging, and United Crane and Rigging branch locations, and provide increased coverage for each branch’s customers. The addition of Majestic increases the company’s industry coverage to eleven full-service branch locations; 300 employees; and a fleet that includes 172 cranes ranging from 8.5  to 550 tons in capacity, 350 trailers, 175 road tractors and 37 forklifts.
