Modulift's MD Named to LEEA Board

January 28, 2015 - Sarah Spivey, managing director for Modulift UK Ltd., has joined the board of the Lifting Equipment Engineers Association. She was elected from the current ambassadors of the association and will join Paul Fulcher, Tim Burgess, Kevin Holmes and Anthony Thomas on the board.

Spivey said she aims to share her industry knowledge and garner new ideas and discussions for lifting and safety challenges. She said she also hopes to open conversations on how best to move the heavy lifting industry as a whole forward, as it transcends into new territories, sectors and technologies.

 

“I see first-hand the fundamental safety challenges happening on a daily basis. In turn I recognise the need to uphold and advance safety standards for a risk-free environment, responding to authority associations such as LEEA," Spivey said.
