Odyssey Investment Partners Acquires TNT Crane and Rigging

November 22, 2011–Odyssey Investment Partners, LLC, New York, N.Y., acquired TNT Crane and Rigging, Inc., Houston, Texas, from MML Capital Partners. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

TNT provides crane rental and rigging services to the refinery, petrochemical, power, commercial and oil & gas end markets. The company owns a mobile crane fleet with cranes ranging in size from 15 tons to 800 tons, and offers full-service rigging solutions using specialized rigging equipment.

The entire TNT management team, including President and CEO Mike Appling, CFO Deana Haygood, Randy Dobbs and Pat Tesson, are investors in the transaction and will continue to lead the company under Odyssey's ownership.
