Omaha Standard Palfinger Names Technical Support Representative

April 15, 2013—Cody Erlbacher has been named technical support representative for Omaha Standard Palfinger (OSP), Council Bluffs, Iowa.

 

In this role, Erlbacher will be responsible for front-line support via telephone; troubleshooting a variety of technical issues customers are having; assist the customer in ordering parts as needed; handle all aspects of warranty issues; performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned; and define standards and policies for technical assistance

 

Originally from Denison, Iowa, Erlbacher joined the U.S. Air Force after graduating high school and served eight years active duty as a jet engine mechanic and is active in the Iowa Air National Guard.
