Palfinger Offers New Extended Warranty

March 10, 2008 • Niagara Falls, Ontario-based Palfinger North America announced it would extend its warranty program to two years on all Palfinger products. The two-year warranty will provide customers with the same coverage as provided under the company's standard warranty for a total duration of two years from the original in-service date.

“The extended warranty program will be a significant value-added service for our customers,” said Mark Woody, president of Palfinger North America. “It is in times like these we want to show our commitment and dedication to our customers and so we are pleased that we are able to help them reduce their overall operating costs by offering this new warranty program.”

 

The extended warranty program is available for all Palfinger family products sold in North America, which include truck-mounted knuckleboom cranes, Crayler truck-mounted forklifts and Palift hooklift systems. Customers have the option to buy the extended warranty certificate from Palfinger's authorized dealers at the time of product purchase.

 

This extended warranty option will be officially launched at ConExpo this week in Las Vegas.
