Palfinger plans stock split

March 1, 2007 -- Palfinger, Salzberg, Austria, manufacturer of truck-mounted knuckle-boom cranes, proposes a 1:4 stock split. The proposal is up for approval at the company's Annual General Meeting on March 28th.

 

According to a news release, company growth is set to continue, and a stock split would counter the effects of the increase in Palfinger's share price.
