Personnel Changes Made at Kirby-Smith
November 4, 2015 - Kirby-Smith Machinery has John Arterberry to crane division sales manager and hired Shawn Ballard as its new operations manager for its Odesa, Texas, branch.
Arterberry previously served as the Texas crane sales manager, and with this promotion, he will help align Kirby-Smith crane territory managers under the same sales management umbrella. Kirby-Smith Machinery also has hired Ballard as the operations manager for the Odessa brance, where he will be responsible for parts, service, and rental operations. Prior to Kirby-Smith, Shawn served as Project Manager for Komatsu America’s CST Team. He also spent over 12 years with Road Machinery LLC as a master mechanic and EOD shop foreman, with more than 25 years in the heavy equipment industry overall.
