RSC Elects New Board Members; Expands Board to 12
August 17, 2007 • The board of directors of RSC Holdings Inc.,
Roof, 55, recently retired as executive vice president and chief financial officer of Joy Global, a worldwide manufacturer of mining equipment. Prior to joining Joy, he was president and CEO of Heafner Tire Group, where he had also served as chief financial officer. He currently serves as a director and audit committee chairperson of Accuride Corp.
In May the RSC board elected James Ozanne, 64, as an independent director and chairperson of its audit committee.
Ozanne has had a distinguished career as a senior executive with General Electric Capital Corporation and US WEST Capital Corporation. He is a principal of Greenrange Partners, a venture capital investment company. Ozanne also serves as a director of Distributed Energy Systems, Inc. and of Financial Security Assurance Holdings Ltd.

Along with their election to RSC Holdings Inc., both Ozanne and Roof were elected to the board of directors of its wholly owned operating subsidiary, RSC Equipment Rental, Inc.
