Scott-Macon Equipment to Distribute Terex Cranes

July 3, 2008 • Houston, Texas-based Scott-Macon Equipment recently signed on with Terex Cranes as a distributor for the company's boom trucks, rough-terrain cranes, crawler cranes, truck cranes and all-terrain cranes in Texas, Oklahoma, and Louisiana.

Representatives from Scott-Macon Equipment and Terex Cranes assembled in the New York City offices of Scott-Macon Equipment in May to sign the agreement that names Scott-Macon Equipment as a Tier-One Distributor of Terex Cranes products.

“To be selected as a Terex Cranes distributor, Scott-Macon Equipment demonstrated their ability to provide superior customer service through the sales process as well as their capacity to provide after-sales service to the end-user of the cranes,” said Dave Kuhlman, senior business manager. “We are proud to add Scott-Macon Equipment as a strong and reliable partner to support our growing distributorship model.
