SC&RA Elects Leaders for 2022-2023

May 2, 2022 – The Specialized Carriers & Rigging Association (SC&RA) has elected its new leaders for 2022-2023. The group is led by new president Ed Bernard, of Precision Specialized Inc., Brantford, Ontario, Canada.

Along with Bernard, SC&RA officers for the 2022-2023 term are:
• Vice President: Scott Bragg, Bragg Companies, Long Beach, California
• Treasurer: Michael Vlaming, Vlaming & Associates, APC, Vallejo, California
• Assistant Treasurer: J Rozum, MSA Delivery Service, Canton, Michigan

The newly elected officers will serve three-year terms that expire at the conclusion of the association’s annual conference in 2025.

Joining the SC&RA board of directors will be:
• Brett Berard, Berard Transportation, Inc., New Iberia, Louisiana
• Rafael de los Santos, Tradelossa, Durango, Mexico
• Rob Keelan, Doral Equipment Rental, Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin
• Pat Collins, Link-Belt Cranes, Lexington, Kentucky
• Keith Settle, Oxbo Mega Transport Solutions, Scappoose, Oregon
• Andy Steinberg, Mr. Crane, Inc., Orange, California

Also joining the board are four appointed group chairs that serve one-year terms:
• Allied Industries Group: Kerry Koberg, DICA, Guthrie Center, Iowa
• Crane & Rigging Group: Mike Connelly, Connelly Crane Rental Group, Redford Charter Township, Michigan
• Transportation Group: Keith Settle, Oxbo Mega Transport Solutions, Scappoose, Oregon
• Ladies Group: Janet Fastuca, Python America, East Hazelcrest, Illinois
