SEAA Seeks Participation in Industry Survey on Successful Falls

March 11, 2016 - The Steel Erectors Association of America is seeking participation in an industry-wide survey on successful falls from height in construction. The purpose of the survey is to understand the impact training and fall protection activities have on falls resulting in no injuries, and to assess the level of rescue training contractors are performing.

A ‘successful fall’ is defined as one where the worker experienced no injuries and returned to work immediately. The 11-question survey is open to any steel erection contractor, specialty contractor, or general contractor that employs craft workers who work at height. The survey will close March 21. The survey is available here.
