Southern Industrial Constructors Appoints Safety Director

December 19, 2008 – Raleigh, N.C.-based Southern Industrial Constructors and Southern Crane have appointed Michael Threadgill as corporate safety director for its Kings Mountain, N.C., location. Threadgill comes to Southern Industrial and Southern Crane with more than 15 years of on-site project management and safety support services experience in the fields of corporate health, safety and environmental management.

His specific areas of expertise include equipment logistics; STOP audits; incident and accident investigations and reporting; OSHA 300, 300A and 301 reporting; safety inspections; process safety management; process hazard analysis; and permit issuance for hot work, line entry, confined space and general work.
