November 20, 2007 • STAHL, Wooster, Ohio, now offers a commercially built, trade-specific trailer that is ready to be put into immediate service. The trailer prevents DIY upgrades, allowing contractors to spend time on the job • not preparing a trailer.

The SST features the organized side compartment storage of a service body with the full height interior storage of a trailer. Exterior doors allow access to lower compartments, and tools can be positioned where they are needed, not hidden away. The large walk-in interior storage area features both open floor storage and adjustable side shelving. The trailer is constructed using a lock bolt fastening system with galvanneal steel and aluminum materials and is available in 12- and 16-foot models.

Optional features include rear ramp doors, interior workbenches, generator compartments, compartment lighting, and ladder racks.

STAHL also strives to improve the traditional service body with the ChallengerST service body. This corrosion-resistant, all galvanneal steel body features an exclusive “Lock Bolt Construction” that reduces the exposed welding used on conventional service bodies. The ChallengerST also features clip-on door seal for improved protection against water leaks, a galvanneal steel rear step bumper, concealed door hinges for added security, and a removable lift and lock style tailgate.
