Sterett Acquires Arlington Heavy Hauling

May 20, 2016 - Sterett Heavy Hauling, Owensboro, Ky., has acquired Arlington Heavy Hauling of Jacksonville, Fla. Arlington is one of the largest specialized haulers in the Southeast with expertise in the movement of large, oversized machinery and construction equipment, according to the announcement by Sterett.

 

Arlington offers additional services catering to customers shipping in and out of Jaxport, including staging and storage, and equipment assembly and disassembly. The company serves the entire United States, with a strong emphasis on Florida, Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee, South Carolina and North Carolina. Gary Ayers, vice president, will continue working in the business.
