Tadano America Opens East Coast Office

August 14, 2007 • In order to better serve its customers on the East Coast, Tadano America, Houston, Texas, reports it has opened a satellite office in Greensboro, N.C.

The office is being run by Bob Lupo, East Coast regional service manager. Expected activities include centralizing communications for field service personnel, hosting meetings and regular internal training sessions, and stocking a number of critical parts. “This office gives us an official presence on the East Coast and can work as a gathering and communications portal for the entire East Coast field service team,” Lupo said.

Field service engineers in the region include Art Koerner of Pennsylvania, Michael Blake of North Carolina, Jeffrey Skilling of Florida, and Eddie Bergeron of Louisiana. A central location for Tadano's field service personnel, North Carolina is “a great place to base operations to support the eastern region Tadano customers,” Lupo added.
