August 8, 2008 • Terex Cranes is moving to improve customer service in the United Kingdom with the opening of its Long Crendon, England, facility intended to create a “one stop shopping“ experience where sales, equipment servicing, and training will be readily available under one roof.

“With this new facility, our customers will soon find that they may easily get all the information they need on our various models of Terex Demag, Terex PPM and Terex Bendini in one place from the experts,” said Barry Barnes, managing director. “In addition, our improved service, parts storage, delivery, and used crane display areas will make it easier to do business with Terex Cranes.”

The opening ceremony will take place this month.

Terex Cranes offers a range of lifting products, including mobile hydraulic cranes, crawler and truck-mounted lattice boom cranes, tower cranes, boom truck mounted cranes and reach stackers.

Terex Cranes has been doing business in the United Kingdom and Ireland for almost 40 years. The staff has wide knowledge and experience in the industry and is also trained by its in-house training facility.

The Long Crendon location features easy access to major roads and airports.
