The Haulotte Group Opens Mexican Subsidiary

February 22, 2007 • The Haulotte Group, L'Horme, France, announced it opened a subsidiary in Mexico in January as part of its worldwide development strategy.

 

Laurent Demaretz has joined Haulotte as the Mexican subsidiary manager. Previously working as an industrial robotic sales manager, Demaretz's position with Haulotte includes defining the sales strategy and implementing the entire Haulotte product range in Mexico • including 50 models of aerial work platforms, the new HTL telehandlers, and the Multijob backhoe loader. He will report to Carlos Hernandez, Haulotte's South America area manager.

 

In 2007, Haulotte plans to open two other facilities in addition to its Mexican subsidiary in Central and South America. It also plans to increase its presence in the United States with five facilities by the end of 2007.
