The Crosby Group Adds Smaller Alloy Shackles

October 8, 2014 - The Crosby Group, Tulsa, Okla., has added smaller sizes of the Crosby G-2140 all-alloy bolt-type shackles. They provide the same features as the G-209A shackles but are secured with a bolt, net, and cotter.

 

The new line was developed as a result of customer requests to have smaller sizes of alloy shackles that can be used in permanent or long-term installations, or where the load may slide on the shackle pin, causing the pin to rotate.
