TNT Crane Acquires Americrane

December 29, 2008 – MML Capital Partners, Stamford, Conn., announced last week that its portfolio company, TNT Crane & Rigging, has acquired the assets of Americrane for an undisclosed amount.

Based in Cleburne, Texas, Americrane offers full service crane and rigging solutions. Following the acquisition, TNT has 94 cranes servicing Texas and Louisiana through its branches located in Houston, Corpus Christi, San Antonio, Dallas/Ft. Worth, Edinburg and Lake Charles, Louisiana.
