Trail King Expands Heavy Haul Lineup With New Steerable Trailers

Trail King Industries has introduced three new automatic kingpin steering trailers designed for heavy haul applications: the TK110HD-S, TK160HDG-S and TK130HES-S. The new models incorporate steering technology aimed at improving maneuverability and flexibility for operators handling complex transportation needs.

The TK110HD-S features a 9-foot-wide, 53-foot-long frame with an automatic kingpin steering system that provides up to 40 degrees of steering angle. It also includes a 14-inch loaded deck height, along with flexible axle and deck configurations and modular components for various hauling applications.

The TK160HDG-S adds kingpin steering to a traditional 13-axle configuration consisting of a jeep, trailer and booster, while the TK130HES-S features an extendable mono-beam deck, six steerable axles and compatibility with jeep and booster configurations.

Developed with input from heavy haul operators, the trailers are designed for use in tight jobsites, restrictive routes and demanding environments. The models are built in the U.S. with North American components and are intended to provide simplified service and support.
