Trico Lift Opens Branch in Houston

September 15, 2008 • Millville, N.J-based Trico Lift, a full service aerial lift company, has announced the opening of its eighth branch location in Houston, Texas. The company's complete fleet of aerial work platforms and related equipment is now available in Houston for rent, purchase and leasing options. Privately owned equipment can also be serviced from the new location.

Staffed by a group of native Texans, Trico Lift's newest branch is led by General Manager Billy Abshire, Service Manager Greg Mayo and Territory Managers Marie Harrington and Terry Kersh. “Houston will serve as our satellite Fleet Center complete with hundreds of scissor and boom lifts in all sizes,” said Ken Pustizzi, CEO and president. “In strategically planning the expansion of our national presence, Texas was a logical choice and where better than Houston.”

Billy Abshire, general manager, welcomes area business and industry representatives to the company's rental, sales and service center located on State Highway 249 just north of downtown. “Trico Lift has earned the distinction as ‘the up-time company' for always having reliable, safe equipment, and we're excited to be bringing our preferred services to the Houston market.”

Trico Lift has served the market for more than 55 years with one of the largest privately owned fleets in North America. Headquartered in the northeastern United States, the company maintains offices and fleets in New Jersey, Ohio, Maryland, Virginia, Connecticut and Pennsylvania.  Trico Lift employs more than 100 people. Its fleet includes thousands of aerial equipment pieces including boom lifts, forklifts and scissor lifts.
