Tulsa Winch Names Mirdha President

Feb. 12, 2020 — Tulsa Winch Group, a Dover company, has named Arjun Mirdha as its new president. He reports to Dover President and CEO Richard J. Tobin.  

Mirdha has more than 24 years of global commercial leadership experience in construction equipment and industrial markets.  

He began his career with JCB Excavators Ltd., as a business development manager in the UK. He then held roles of increasing responsibility with JCB Group, including deputy managing director - customer support and parts organization in Asia, executive vice president - sales, marketing, and product support, USA, and president and CEO of JCB North America, where he had global product responsibility for skid steer loaders, compact track loaders, and military products with multi-site manufacturing operations. Mirdha’s most recent role was chief commercial officer for Terex Corp.’s Genie brand.  

He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce, with honors, from Shriram College of Commerce, New Delhi, India, an MBA, with distinction, from Cardiff Business School in the U.K., and is a Fellow Chartered Certified Accountant (CPA equivalent) U.K.
